Your account

Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for the content and activity you manage through your workspace, including the people and services you give access to.

Subscriptions and the Starter trial

Starter is $497 USD per month and includes a 7-day free trial with a payment card required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge. Subscription details are shown during checkout. Starter includes 10,000 registrants per billing month across your workspace and up to 500 people per room. Usage alerts appear at 80% and 90%. At the monthly registrant limit, all webinars pause until you upgrade to a higher allowance, including after a billing reset. No automatic overage charges apply.

Your content and audience

Upload and share only content you own or have permission to use. Make sure your webinar materials, offers, and communications accurately represent what you provide, and obtain any permissions needed to contact or track your attendees.

Responsible use

Use the platform respectfully. Do not use webinars, messages, or integrations to distribute spam, impersonate others, infringe someone’s rights, or attempt to access another customer’s account or information.

Third-party services and availability

Connected services may have their own terms and availability. The final terms will describe service availability, maintenance, account suspension, refunds, and the process for ending a subscription.
