Your information

Privacy policy

A place to explain how information is used when you create, attend, and manage webinars.

Placeholder policy · September 12, 2026This page contains starter copy. The final privacy policy will replace this draft.

Information connected to your account

Webinar.Live uses account information such as your name, email address, and plan to provide access to your workspace. Information you submit through our contact form helps our team respond to your questions.

Webinar and attendee information

A webinar workspace can contain recordings, schedules, registration details, chat messages, poll responses, and engagement information. Webinar hosts use these records to manage their events and understand attendee activity.

If you attend a webinar, the host may also have a separate privacy policy that applies to the information you provide to them.

Payments and connected services

Billing services support subscriptions and payment management. Hosts can connect third-party services to support their webinar workflows. The information shared with an integration depends on the service and the host’s configuration.

Cookies and activity tracking

Session cookies support sign-in and access to protected pages. A host may use tracking tools to connect webinar activity with purchases. Our homepage demo chat stays in browser memory and is separate from actual webinar conversations.

Access, retention, and requests

The final policy will explain retention periods, available privacy choices, and the process for requesting access, correction, or deletion of information. For information collected by a webinar host, contact that host directly.

Questions about privacy

Use the Contact option in our homepage footer to reach the Webinar.Live team. This page will be updated as the final privacy details are published.
